  March 8 – 18, participated in the Tourism Selling Mission Moscow and performed during the International Tourismus Borse (ITB) 2006 in Berlin.  Performed in a fundraising show in Frankfurt for the benefit of the Leyte mudslide victims upon invitation of Philippine Department of Tourism.
   
  May 30-June 5, participated in the Yokohama International Port Festival, Queens Square Yokohama, Japan.  Performed during the joint celebration of the Migrant Workers Week and the 108th Philippine Independence Day, Ariake, Tokyo upon the invitation of Rotary Club of Muntinlupa-Filinvest.
   
  July 24 – 26, participated in the Cosmopolis Festival in Kavala.  Performed in Thessalonika and Pereaus, Greece upon the invitation of Philippine Embassy in Athens headed by First Secretary and Consul Eleanor L. Jaucian.

  February 6 – 14, participated at the 60th Sagra del Mandorlo in Fiore and the 50th Festival International del Folklore in Agrigento, Sicily.  Bayanihan bested all previous Gold Temple Awardees who vied for the festival’s Golden Anniversary Gold Temple Award, an 18karat gold replica of an ancient temple.  Anna Kristina Martinez, one of the dancers also copped the Ms. Primavera trophy for outstanding beauty, grace and intelligence among the festival participants.

February 5 to 12  - participated in the 57th  Sagra  del  Mandorlo in Fiore and 47th International Folk Festival in Sicily, Italy from February 5 to February 12, 2002 where it won the much-coveted Gold Temple Award and the Absolute Gold Award for over-all excellence in dance, music, costume and production.
   
  March 23 to April 4  - performed at the Iyotetsu Department Store in Matsuyama City, Ehime, Prefecture, Tokyo, Japan during the ASEAN Tourism Festival
   
  June 7 to 14 - performed at the Fashion Institute Hall and the Dag Hammarsjold United  Nations Auditorium, New York  in  celebration  of the 104th Anniversary of Philippine Independence in New York  City.
